BD and Marketing Administrator
As a BD and Marketing Administrator you will be supporting the Business Development team by carrying out essential administration
What you will enjoy
- Completing routine administration tasks such as updating and circulating BD calendars and the weekly office organiser, and setting up meetings for other members of the team
- Owning all administration relating to the firm's client database, ensuring data is accurate and up to date at all times
- Monitoring and managing the subscriptions and registrations mailbox
- Ensuring client conflict information is accurate and up to date
- Completing event administration, including arranging and planning meetings, monitoring registrations and the production of reports
- Creating, updating and storing presentations for both the BD team and other members of the firm
- Supporting processes for new joiners and staff changes, including website biography updates and organising photograph sessions
- Supporting the research of potential events for fee earners to attend
What you will need
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Experience of working independently and completing routine tasks without supervision
- The ability to work in an accurate and methodical manner, adopting a logical approach to prioritising and completing tasks
- A willingness to learn
- Experience of working to and meeting tight deadlines
