As a BD and Marketing Administrator you will be supporting the Business Development team by carrying out essential administration

What you will enjoy

  • Completing routine administration tasks such as updating and circulating BD calendars and the weekly office organiser, and setting up meetings for other members of the team
  • Owning all administration relating to the firm's client database, ensuring data is accurate and up to date at all times
  • Monitoring and managing the subscriptions and registrations mailbox
  • Ensuring client conflict information is accurate and up to date
  • Completing event administration, including arranging and planning meetings, monitoring registrations and the production of reports
  • Creating, updating and storing presentations for both the BD team and other members of the firm
  • Supporting processes for new joiners and staff changes, including website biography updates and organising photograph sessions
  • Supporting the research of potential events for fee earners to attend

What you will need

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Experience of working independently and completing routine tasks without supervision
  • The ability to work in an accurate and methodical manner, adopting a logical approach to prioritising and completing tasks
  • A willingness to learn
  • Experience of working to and meeting tight deadlines
