HR Administrator - Operations & Reward
As a HR Administrator you will be working with the HR team to deliver a first class HR service to the firm.
What you will enjoy
- Administering HR processes for new starters, leavers and changes to contracts
- Maintaining and updating individual employee records and the HR system
- Managing the HR inbox and answering general queries
- Running weekly and ad hoc reports from the HR system
- Administering benefits to employees
- Providing administrative support for recruitment, internships and careers fairs
What you will need
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative role with particular focus on data management
- Excellent MS office skills, with a sound working knowledge of Excel
- Attention to detail and a conscientious approach
- Proven organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and thrive in an evolving environment
- Communication skills and the ability to work constructively with multiple stakeholders
- A flair for working in a team, focussed on providing a commercially centred service
