I am an experienced member of the D Young & Co search team with over 15 years of experience in the field of intellectual property.

Common law searching has been an integral aspect of my daily work from which I have gained a sound knowledge of navigating online resources to compliment and enhance trade mark register searches.

I have also been trained to provide UK and EU brand searches and product name clearance searches using the UK, European Union Trade Mark (EUTM) and international trade mark registers.

I have a particular interest in recordable transactions effecting ownership (assignments, changes of name, licences etc), and can confidently co-ordinate recordals so as to ensure smooth transitions.
