Julian Graf Wrangel
What fascinates me most about intellectual property law is the interdisciplinary diversity and the opportunity to work in an international environment. I am passionate about delving deep into my clients' innovations, creative works, products, services and brands to develop a profound understanding of them. This enables me to effectively and consistently protect and enforce their IP in contentious and non-contentious proceedings.
I advise my clients on all aspects of national and international trade mark, design, copyright and unfair competition law. I focus in particular on the enforcement of claims in national infringement proceedings.
I handle proceedings before the DPMA (German Patent and Trade Mark Office), the Federal German Patent Court, all German civil courts, and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Before joining D Young & Co in 2024 I worked for an IP firm where I advised and represented clients in all areas of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on litigation. Before qualifying as a lawyer in 2020, I gained valuable experience working in well-known national and international law firms. My masters studies in Dresden and Exeter allowed me to further deepen my expertise in intellectual property law.
My mother tongue is German and I am fluent in English and Italian.
