Urgent Instructions
To help us promptly deal with urgent instructions, please follow the guidelines below:
- Include the word "urgent" in the subject line of your email or at the top of the fax.
- Include the deadline date for the work in the subject line of your email or at the top of the fax.
- Include the deadline date in the body of the email/fax, with a clear indication of the type of deadline.
- To reduce potential misinterpretation, please quote dates in full, for example, "25 January 2021".
All instructions should be provided in writing and those given verbally should be immediately confirmed in writing. We accept no liability for any loss incurred because of failure to do so.
Acknowledgement of receipt
It is your responsibility to ensure that instructions sent by post, email or fax have been received. You should request a receipt of any instructions, whether by email, letter or fax, especially urgent instructions. We will respond to all requests for acknowledgement promptly.
